On July 11, 2024, the Anti-Communist Movement and Freedom Defenders marked the third anniversary of the historic July 11th (11J) protests of 2021, when thousands of Cubans took to the streets across the island to demand freedom.
Three years on, the Movement kept alive the memory of those who dared to raise their voices — and of those still paying for their courage with prison.
