Privacy Policy

Overview

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of the personal information of our members.

1. Information We Collect

Personal details: names, email addresses and application content provided voluntarily.
Identity verification: copies of valid identification documents (driver’s license, national ID or passport) may be submitted during the membership application process.
Technical data: technical information needed to provide and protect the website; if you accept visit measurement, Google Analytics also processes technical and browsing data as described in section 7.

2. How We Use Your Data

To evaluate membership applications, verify applicant authenticity for security purposes, maintain member communications, and ensure website functionality.

3. Data Security & Retention

All identity documentation received is handled with strict confidentiality. Documents are kept only for the time necessary to validate the application and are securely deleted once the process is complete.

4. Third-Party Sharing

The Movement does not sell or rent your personal information. Technical providers needed to operate the website and its features process the data required for their services. If you accept visit measurement, Google receives the data described in section 7. Membership form contents are not sent to Google Analytics.

5. Your Rights

Members may request access, correction, or deletion of their data by contacting us at [email protected].

6. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this policy; changes will be posted here with updated dates.

7. Cookies and visit measurement

Updated: October 23, 2026. With your permission, we use Google Analytics to measure visits to selected public pages and count successful Join Us submissions. Google receives technical browser and device data and browsing information. The tag does not load before acceptance.

You can choose Decline, Statistics only or Statistics and ad measurement. The last option also allows advertising cookies and click identifiers (gclid, gbraid or wbraid) to relate visits and submissions to our Google Ads. A previous statistics choice does not automatically enable ad measurement.

You can continue browsing without accepting and change your choice through Measurement preferences at the bottom of pages that include this service. Your choice lasts 180 days. Analytics may store _ga and _ga_* cookies, configured by this site to expire within 180 days. With ad measurement permission, advertising cookies such as _gcl_* may also be used. When you withdraw permission, we remove the corresponding measurement cookies from this site and reload the page if the tag was active.

This integration excludes signed-in users, the classroom and personal profiles. The submission counter sends only a generic confirmation event, never names, emails, submission identifiers or form contents. Page URLs are sent without fragments or arbitrary parameters: supported click identifiers are retained only with ad measurement permission. Google Signals and advertising personalization remain disabled; we do not create membership lists, remarketing or enhanced conversions.
